"Helps Better Telephone Technique"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The ability to hear our phone calls as well as the score which easily helps identify which calls needed more work. It’s also been a good teaching tool for new leasing agents to hear what a good scoring call sounds like. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Can be a little picky at times meaning, I might not say something in a particular way, even though it was said, and then I do not get credit for that particular section. What do you like best about LeaseHawk? We have used Leasehawk for our properties' CRM software and it has been very helpful with improving our lead to lease conversions. Joseph Anderson has been especially helpful. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? no way to have automatic responses, appfolio doesnt integrate What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? improve communication with leads - producing higher quality leads for our leasing agents.

It's great to have all our calls/e-mails in one place so we can quickly follow-up with people.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Being able to listen to calls is very helpful to hear how you and your team are handling customer service in general. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? The frequency of contested and then revised scores as it suggests the calls may not be fully listened to when scored the first time. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? How to better handle prospect calls and general customer service.
