What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Phone text and email are all in one application What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? No shortcut or hit keys to help me get to where I need to be. It would be nice if there was always a menu showing and calendar always showing. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes it easier to contact and keep track of residents.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? We use LeaseHawk and we do find it helpful to measure our leasing Consultant's performance with prospect calls. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? We do often have to have calls rescored or rechecked for accuracy. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Using a LeaseHawk score sheet for calls has creating more consistency.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The ease of access that it has with the pre templets to send out in emails. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? There are times where it can be super slow & time out. I would like for a whole profile to be accessible from the Appointment section instead of just the appointment & then looking up the name in the search bar. I feel this would make things faster for us in Leasing since it will also allow us to few past emails & phone calls. What problems ...

And doesnt update with the other systems I used. Recommendations to others considering LeaseHawk: Make sure that the software syncs with whatever system you are using because if not it will be a huge pain to try and update lease hawk and your other system . What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Detailed information and website is easy to navigate. I love that I am able to go back and view information for years ago. Again very easy to use the website and navigate from different pages. Love that there are classes offered to better your knowledge on how to work the site. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk?
