Company is hands on with Lease Hawk. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving to ask more than what i usually do, and benefit to apply that to my future ratings.

It gives you place to be able to send emails and text or phone calls. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to text or email potential residents if they don't want to give phone numbers

"Very persistent, they take there time to really review the calls making sure they hit every mark."

I like the fact that I am able to go inside and review mine and other individual calls as well so verify what I did wrong, and If I disagree resubmitting for a dispute. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I dislike the fact that sometime it appears they are rushing to grade to too mission some of my points. "Slow moving and not very user friendly"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The texting and email templates that auto populate the prospects info What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? LeaseHawk always seems to run way to slow when going from page to page. It is also not very user friendly...for example, too many clicks to try and deactivate someone out of the system. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? We are definitely able to reach out to prospects more.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like the ability to text back and forth with customers/residents. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Our LeaseHawk is extremely slow. This keeps us from being able to use the full functionality. Recommendations to others considering LeaseHawk: Make sure you have all the information to use LeaseHawk correctly up front. Call scores seem consistently lower than they should be. We are reviewing calls as a staff and having an open forum for discussing improvement.

I do not like how subjective the scoring is. We have had to dispute several calls to get correct scoring. Would like to have longer calls scored versus only short calls. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure all of the information is given to prospects.
