I like the fact that Leapsome has great features which allow my Team Lead to review and document my job performance, and to as well make appraisals for my good work. What do you like best about Leapsome? Easy to navigate, scroll through different tabs What do you dislike about Leapsome? The news tab can be improved. The way updates appear can be improved. Recommendations to others considering Leapsome: It's a very easy tool to use. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? They are making the visuals better which makes navigating through Leapsome easier.

What do you like best about Leapsome? One of the best parts is how you can create and follow up your company OKRs such as your personal goals. Also, the way to give feedback to your team is a good tool to understand truly what is happening. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Maybe, the fact that at first is a little complicated to create an OKR without guidance. But, once you understand it, it helps a lot to give visibility of them to all of the company. What do you like best about Leapsome? The platform encourages every team member to share their feedback while combining different features that support different needs within a company. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I'm happy with the platform and I find it very intuitive, so I would say there is any negative aspect woth mentioning right now What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?
