Nothing, there are many features you can use or not, like an HR Swiss-Army Knife. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Leapsome? The clear overview of tasks and the feedback that tasks have been completed. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Could be a colour distinction between the tasks the respondent must complete and the 360 reviews that have been completed by other colleagues. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes it easy to collect feedback from employees, track their progress, and share feedback from colleagues relevant to employee performance.
