What do you like best about Leapsome? So, the company I work at uses Leapsome to track the OKRs of all team members. Here's what I liked about the software: 1. All my completed tasks are shown in percentages giving me a clear-cut view of how much of my weekly/ monthly OKRs have been achieved. 2. The interface is easy to use. What do you like best about Leapsome? The user interface is the best and simple to understand. The straightforward actions are the best feature. What do you dislike about Leapsome? When we click on a task in the path, there is no way to zoom in. Everything works fine. Product is already amazing. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? On-boarding made easier, and the simplicity of the learning paths benefitted me.

What do you like best about Leapsome? I like the idea of having feedbacks and receiving instant feedbacks on the progress of a task/projects/items/goals to complete, etc. Keeping team in the loop with informative updates has just gotten better I'd say. What do you like best about Leapsome? The best part of it is the easy and simple way of managing your goals and getting feedback from your peers. What do you dislike about Leapsome? There's nothing that I dislike about Leapsome. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me to have a clear understanding of my goals inside the company and allows me to have real and honest feedback from my team.

What do you like best about Leapsome? It's very easy to stay up-to-date on the tasks to be done regarding Performance Management. People Experience Team seems to have an overview of everyone and the kudos sections are very helpful to cheer a colleague. What do you dislike about Leapsome?
