"Smooth experience"

What do you like best about Leapsome? The user interface is very intuitive and comforting for the eyes. I was able to find my pending reviews and finish them effectively. What do you dislike about Leapsome? One feature I missed was the ability to share the peer reviews with peers through Leapsome. An option to send the feedback also to the peer will help. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? We're using Leapsome for employee growth and goal tracking.

What do you like best about Leapsome? It has different graphs for evaluation, reminders and customized questions. Moreover, the platform has different languages. It can be included more visualization graphs for evaluations. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Questions for evaluations are too large and test can become very extensive. What do you like best about Leapsome? I have been able to assess myself, set goals, track my goals, assess my peers and even assess my manager! That's so cool. I have not worked with any other platform that is as detailed as this one. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Very big pop-ups when sharing updates and news about Leapsome. What do you like best about Leapsome? I appreciate the customization Leapsome offers. Deadlines, visibility, roles, and permissions are all flexible. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Not much to not like! Perhaps some more contrast and darker fonts in some areas but other than minor UI suggestions, I can't think of a way to improve this software. What do you like best about Leapsome? It's obvious what we must do and how we can do it. No need to search for tasks. The note-taking process and follow-up are very useful. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Nothing for the moment, all experience is very positive. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? The note taking and subsequent follow-up for the next meetings is the best take away.
