What do you like best about Leapsome? How easy is having proper follow-up and integrate with other tools we use. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Nothing, to be honest. All areas are pretty straightforward, from goal setting to meeting follow-up, leapsum is a great tool. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? The need to take notes in the paper and know where to find them from meeting to meeting. Also is so easy to praise someone.

What do you like best about Leapsome? The best features of Leapsome are the ability for my leadership teams to set a goal, track it, and see how I am staying aligned. There is even a beneficial line graph to show how I stay aligned with that goal. Additional tools include meeting recaps for 1:1 with my team, references to past meetings, and a praise tool!
