What do you like best about Leapsome? I do like the helpful Learning path. I did the "Giving and Receiving Effective Feedback" and "Effective Meeting". It helped me to learn a lot more about this topic. It also helped me for work; I did an excellent summary and presented it to the Company. What do you dislike about Leapsome? For now, nothing. I am still figuring out all the Topics and everything you can use. I think it is straightforward to use and you can learn fast. Can't compare anything ...

Sometimes if you run over, it's an annoying process to redo the tasks. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It handles our people management of reviews as well as goal tracking.

What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome is a Tool with a Module system that fits the needs of every company. In my case, we're currently using the Performance Module, Instant Feedback and Meetings, and we're delighted with it.
