What do you like best about Leapsome? being able to set goals, see the goals set by my boss. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The fedback is only available to see when my hierarchical superior so wishes, it should be instantaneous right away. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? I get my boss to propose new goals, and to hold meetings several times, which was not the case before.

What do you like best about Leapsome? I like the Leapsome Dashboard, its soft on the eyes, easy to navigate, and all the different sections are laid out clearly. What do you dislike about Leapsome? to be honest nothing, I am a user and so far it has been very easy to use. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps to keep track of all the Employee Engagment Surveys and Objectives i need to follow, without having the need of referring to emails constantly.
