What do you like best about Leapsome? I like that Leapsome reminds me about things I need to do. In a very busy workplace its easy to forget yet another deadline or a task, but Leapsome has it conveniently displayed, in a way that is not in your face but is easy to oversee at a glance. What do you like best about Leapsome? Drilling down OKR's with objectives and tracking on a consistent note. Also 360 degree feedback enablement is another key factor What do you dislike about Leapsome? Nothing as of now. "Great features, but the meetings functionality is gold"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Using templates sync with a calendar are a few of the many functions Leapsome offers. However, the meeting functionality is a killer in that it allows you to capture meeting notes in a highly actionable format, and any task not completed previously automatically gets forwarded into future meeting instances. I think Leapsome has amazing customer support, whenever we needed some help with setting up our internal processes in the Leapsome platform they were always very helpful and patient with us. "The best tool to keep track of my team."

What do you like best about Leapsome? I can keep track of my team's performance and see its evolution after the last evaluations. Being able to get feedback from my team members is a great feature.
