What do you like best about Leapsome? Our company is new to Leapsome, but the onboarding has been fantastic. Our Leapsome contact has worked with us every step of the way to make sure that the review process will be easy on HR and all employees. He has walked us through step by step to create a review that will be ready to roll out pretty much immediately. It is also a huge plus that Leapsome integrates with ADP. What do you like best about Leapsome? Very interesting topics, flexibility to learn from anywhere. No cliche lectures. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I would like to see a largeer variety of topics. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Deep dive in topics, which I might have not thought about.

What do you like best about Leapsome? What I like about Leapsome is being able to receive or provide constructive feedback to and from anyone in our organization. What do you dislike about Leapsome? None, so far. I have not encountered any issues. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Receiving feedback and performance reviews allows me to see if I'm on top of my game and what I need to improve on.

What do you like best about Leapsome? Can create meetings, rate the co-employee, for suggestions, roadblock, concerns. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Can't say right now because as of now I didn't see anything that may i dislike the leapsome, because it's really good. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Through meeting we tackle the roadblock or concern there, we have some discussion on how to solve it as a team and as a employee.

There could be more feature notes about who is made aware of when certain actions are taken, like review submissions. What do you like best about Leapsome? Its a simple platform with no-nonsense content and format. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The navigation seems little complicated at times, but I guess thats because we have just started using ti and will get used to with it with time. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Its managing the entire performance management and appraisal process for me.
