What do you like best about Leapsome? The OKR Goal setting very helpful to track changes and monitor perforamnce, it's useful to see personal OKRs as well as overall team OKRs and how they feed into each other. Great for trackign meeting notes. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Sometimes it is difficult to find the review section and read past reviews What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It is great for meetings, to track what is being said + action points

"Some features are great, others need improving"

What do you like best about Leapsome? That everything is in one place- meeting notes, reviews, goals etc. The link to meetings in calendar where you can share notes is great. And the review section is also well set up. It's hard to find past reviews though What do you dislike about Leapsome? The UX is a bit clunky. No auto log in like most other sites, goal setting and monitoring difficult - too rigid, needs more flexibility when setting goal trees eg if a goal links into more than one ...

What do you like best about Leapsome? The overall look and feel of the tool. Everything I need for my performance review is all on one place and easy to navigate through. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Nothing much really. I think the tool is quite use friendly and quick to learn. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Feedback collection and feedback giving. It also allows for clear career and business goals tracking.

What do you like best about Leapsome? It's easy to use, and not much effort is required to fill it. The user interface is pretty good. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I feel that the percentage part is confusing so many percentages to complete. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? I can explain things that I feel, should be improved. And evaluate other colleagues and me.

What do you dislike about Leapsome? It took some time to learn the tool as a manager but that just shows how many benefits it offers. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It provided a format and system for us to start our HR processes.

While I am not a People Manager I have been one and having an easy-to-use tool to help performance conversation is critical for everyone in a successful business.

What do you like best about Leapsome? The UI, User Interface, User flow, ease of journey and simple nature of the product. Highly recommend What do you dislike about Leapsome? I honestly can't think of anything I dislike. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? A very seamless and integrated product/platform that has everything in one place. It makes coordination and documentation that much easier and effortless.
