"Fast and user friendly"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I enjoyed the user experience in their platform the most. I've used a different tool before and simple functionalities like leaving a feedback were a lot harder than with Leapsome. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I feel as though Leapsome could be better if it was made a little more intuitive. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Leapsome is allowing me to track my goals better and measure my progress.

What do you like best about Leapsome? Tracking goals and adding people to joint goals and moving them around easily. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I'm unable to add sub-categoris to Department goals. Would also like to define different goal types (personal, business etc), to check them over in paragraphs more easy. Open communication to different areas of the company and not just to the employee and management area. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? A more structured, intuitive and transparent process for annual evaluation and recording of feed back meetings.

What do you like best about Leapsome? the UI and the look and feel is nice. Also how functionality is presented. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Sometimes is challenging to keep the initial goal of your visit in leapsome. maybe a plugin with BambooHr will be useful What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Leapsome? That everything is in one place- meeting notes, reviews, goals etc. The link to meetings in calendar where you can share notes is great. And the review section is also well set up. It's hard to find past reviews though What do you dislike about Leapsome? The UX is a bit clunky. No auto log in like most other sites, goal setting and monitoring difficult - too rigid, needs more flexibility when setting goal trees eg if a goal links into more than one ...
