"Lots of functionality in one place"

What do you like best about Leapsome? We have a lot of goals in our role for our company, and Leapsome is an excellent way to keep track of them in a convenient way. "Leapsome has a lovely UI, great UX copy and we are not even using all the features yet!"

What do you like best about Leapsome? We use the praise wall and I have used it to sketch some goals for my upcoming professional business year. Our company also conducts recurring surveys with it and I find it so user-friendly and a joy to use. What do you dislike about Leapsome? What do you like best about Leapsome? The features like instant review and review received is very useful. There is analytics too. Yet to mention the clean looks is nice What do you dislike about Leapsome? So far i can't find any yet, because all i need is there What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Leapsome? The Meeting and Feedback Mechanism provided by Leapsome. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The UI could be better as it is sometimes confusing and looks very plain. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps to organise meetings, share and receive feedback and helps to keep the team engaged.

What do you like best about Leapsome? The goals section - the fact that you can link individual goals into team goals that then feed into wider business goals. It's great that you can then see the whole goal tree - it's an easy and digestable way to see how your goals all link together. What do you dislike about Leapsome? What do you like best about Leapsome? The alerts come very much in handy, so, I don't get to miss any reviews or goal alerts. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Inability to sync the One on One meetings to google calendar What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Definitely keeps the organizational goals on top of our minds, as it gives me weekly updates on my progress towards these goals.

What do you like best about Leapsome? The end user platform is very intuitive. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Did not find anything on the end user side that would prevent users from performing tasks. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Employee engagement surveys and other HR related items.

"Really simple to implement, use and we benefit from it as an entire company!"

What do you like best about Leapsome? The different modules/features in 1 system (OKR's, performance management, engagement etc) What do you dislike about Leapsome? The OKR module is quite hard to understand and implement What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? They solve a lo of problems and keep updating which is great!
