What do you like best about Leapsome? The feedback tool works great, it also has an integration with Slack which is very handy. The fact that our values are all visible in Leapsome also makes the feedback more tangible and actionable; and help reinforcing our values during the day to day work. The org chart is also handy. What do you like best about Leapsome? I think the most helpful thing about Leapsome is the quick and easy process to use. It's also easy to gather fast results from completed surveys. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I honestly can't think of any downside to using Leapsome. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving feedback while being anonymous allows us to be honest, bold and more direct with answers about compensation and issues with the management structure.

What do you like best about Leapsome? The UI of the Leapsome website is user-friendly as most of the fields/tabs are self-explanatory. The naming of the actions has been carefully designed to make it easy to understand for beginners. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The fact that anyone can update anybody else's goals is what I found to be a little out of place. I came across a scenario where one user deleted a Goal of another by mistake.
