"Good for goals and KPI tracking"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I like how goals can be quantified differently, like numbers, percentages, or just yes or no. And as a software engineer, I also love the integration with Jira which makes it easy to track goals back to their respective Jira tickets/epics. Adding collaborators to a goal is another feature I really like because that allows me to pass goals (or KPIs) downward to my team, without them having to do so individually. "Really great way to provide feedback and set goals!"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Being able to monitor your goals alongside reviewing them with your manager or colleagues. "Gets the job done nicely, but could be even more efficient with keyboard shortcuts"

What do you like best about Leapsome? At a previous company we had a custom tool for gathering feedback built in Lotus Notes, which was very annoying to use. Leapsome in comparison is very nice.
