What do you like best about Leapsome? The tool is clear and intuitive to use. That is very important from my point of view because otherwise you have no desire to use it. What do you like best about Leapsome? The concept: a database on feedbacks, easy to use, with different levels of privacy settings. The key functionalities are there: who's giving a feedback to whom, is it the manager or a third, does the manager have to receive the feedback too? You can add a form to structure feedback, or not. The most important problem solved is the one related to the organisation of calls and a better monitoring of them.

What do you like best about Leapsome? Performance reviews through Leapsome with perr and manager reviews. Weekly surveys to collect employees feedbacks and concerns, to improve the company processes and management. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The automatic survey "emotion" detection is half the time off. If it detects any "negative" words it will show it a negative feedback even though the general feedback is positive.
