What do you like best about Leapsome? I really enjoy all of the different modules that Leapsome has to offer! It has helped our team stay consistent on one platform as opposed to having to login to several different platforms. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Streghts point: - easy to read due to the good pages struture - it can be integrated on slack so easy of integration - it has overview of the reviews in a cycle - intuitive mechanism of rating and giving feedback. What do you like best about Leapsome? I love the ease of use of it. For all features, be it shoutouts to teams or tracking your personal goals and development, it's easy to use. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Onboarding can be better IMO, but I do think that it is based on the Company (client) more than Leapsome What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? I love that you can appreciate your colleagues and make that appreciation visible to everyone.

"Excellent tool for getting and giving feedback"

What do you like best about Leapsome? i love the simplicity of asking for feedback, it fulfils the functionality 100%. i think it makes the process much easier. In the companies I worked for in the past, we didn't have any feedback tools, and the process was a bit of a pain, having to send emails to ask for feedback, and often people simply didn't reply, either because the process is difficult or because the mailboxes are filled with an endless list of unread emails.
