What do you like best about Leapsome? I really enjoy all of the different modules that Leapsome has to offer! It has helped our team stay consistent on one platform as opposed to having to login to several different platforms. What do you dislike about Leapsome? What do you like best about Leapsome? I love the ease of use of it. For all features, be it shoutouts to teams or tracking your personal goals and development, it's easy to use. What do you like best about Leapsome? The ability to send praise, give feedback and more importantly keep track of goals and reviews between colleagues and peers/mentors. What do you like best about Leapsome? I loved the way my performance was reviewed, accompanied by my manager. The platform is amazing. What do you dislike about Leapsome? We used to manage the Performance Review by using Excel files, that was so complicated to handle all the information, Leapsome does a really good job!
