"Amazing platform to have the Goals setting"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I loved the way my performance was reviewed, accompanied by my manager. The platform is amazing. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Nothing at all, the platform is simple but very useful What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to manage the Performance Review by using Excel files, that was so complicated to handle all the information, Leapsome does a really good job!

"Great system - easy to use"

What do you like best about Leapsome? The ability to send praise, give feedback and more importantly keep track of goals and reviews between colleagues and peers/mentors. It is easy to check back in after 6 months / a year. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Nothing really sticks out in terms of negatives, I would say maybe more integrations with other systems such as bamboo maybe be useful, especially straight out the box. "A really good platform to recognise your colleagues, ask for feedback and manage meeting notes"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Recognition for your colleagues and the best thing is that you can select whether it should be public, private or just the colleague and the manager Integration with Slack helps us to be updated about everyone in the organization Consolidated dashboard with feedback requests, feedback given, praises, action points etc. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Currently I haven't experienced any challenges with Leapsome so far, it just asks me to login again ...

What do you like best about Leapsome? I love how leapsome simplifies the process of development talks, enabling HR to seamlessly plan and track an employee's progress. Other than that though, the features, such as giving praise, enable companies of any size to express their praise in a way that keeps employees engaged. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Leapsome is still a bit small, but it has the potential to grow and provide even more insights into individual development. Maybe some day ...

In some cases I had to repeat the answers in some fields which could be wasting of time considering that i could target all points in one field What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? "Good way to promote validating goals"

What do you like best about Leapsome? That it's company-wide and gives team members the ability to praise others for their hard work all in one place. It makes it easy to share feedback and give credit where credit is due. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I can't say that I have experienced any downsides, if anything it's motivating when you aren't the one receiving praise or recognition because you want to see it on Leapsome for yourself. What do you like best about Leapsome? Its very easy to keep all the records of the performance that has been shared by the team lead or the supervisor. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Right now, I did not occur with any feature that I do not like. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It keeps me updated about the task, which I might miss due to the notification feature. I never missed any important task or deadline.
