What do you like best about Leapsome? i love the simplicity of asking for feedback, it fulfils the functionality 100%. i think it makes the process much easier. In the companies I worked for in the past, we didn't have any feedback tools, and the process was a bit of a pain, having to send emails to ask for feedback, and often people simply didn't reply, either because the process is difficult or because the mailboxes are filled with an endless list of unread emails. What do you like best about Leapsome? That it's company-wide and gives team members the ability to praise others for their hard work all in one place.
