Alternatives can often be overcomplicated and make things much harder than they need to be. What do you like best about Leapsome? I love the integration with personio, the oppurtunities for instant feedback and reviews and the intuitive usage te most. It helps us to strengthen our feedback culture and it visualizes the own strengths for the employees. It is easy to use and to implement in our company structure.
