The fields where you enter information about yourself could be a bit better What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It's making it easy to track progress and performance throughout my time at my company.

"Perfect system for employee career management"

What do you like best about Leapsome? It has clear interface, easy to access and follow your goals, team reviews etc What do you dislike about Leapsome? Sometimes clicks from dashboard to a conversation led to a wrong page, but I cannot see it now What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It keeps track of personal goals. Companies that implement some Career framework would stick to such a tool almost naturally: everything is tracked, transparent and explicit.

"Nice and simple interface, but want to have popup notifications"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Simple interface! Menu elements are grouped nicely! All is clear for finding in 1 minute! What do you dislike about Leapsome? I'd like to have popup notifications, reminders about expected actions What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps with self improvements and management!

What do you like best about Leapsome? Easy to navigate and simple platform. Much easier than other feedback collation / performance management platforms I have used at other companies. What do you dislike about Leapsome? This may already be an available feature, however it would be seful to have a scatterplot chart - i.e. top performers at top right, poor performers bottom left. "Easy to use platform for reviews and recognization"

What do you like best about Leapsome? It's a really easy and seamless platform to use. It works well for a mid to large size company that is multinational. It has a a bunch of fun easy to use features, like the "instant recgonization" that make it useful for more than just an annual review cycle. I also really enjoyed the intregration of Leapsome with slack which gives you reminders on deadlines and tasks. What do you dislike about Leapsome? What do you like best about Leapsome? Really easy to use, effectively laid out and- smooth. I've been using it for my 360 reviews. Very easy to give feedback and see personal progress. What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsomes user interface is easy to use. All my deadlines for gathering peer or manager reviews were clearly outlined and it's nice to see all my goals presented on a dashboard so I can easily monitor my progress. It would be good if there was a function for collecting regular feedback instead of only providing feedback on the platform through performance reviews which are cadenced throughout the year. Alternatives can often be overcomplicated and make things much harder than they need to be.
