What do you like best about Leapsome? As a user who provided feedback to a colleague I like the easy workflow and intuitive interface. Also the possibility to rate by a slider rather than disrecte number as in other tools is more flexible. As a reciepient of feedback I appreciate the different visualizations of the results especially the net graph split between the different feedback group (in our case: boss, peers & direct reports).
