What do you like best about Leapsome? It's incredibly user friendly and intuitive. I really love the review cycle features and how easy they are to customise. This is the first year we used Leapsome for our annual performance reviews and staff fed back to us that they found them much easier than in the past with non automated processes. "Best way to manage OKRs ever"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Easy to define and track different OKRs in an interdepartmental way with comments, review, approval tracking which eventually brings individual OKRs into the context through the Goal Tree. What do you like best about Leapsome? The platform does a great job keeping our team on track. I like how we can set goals/objectives and then define the key results that will help us get us there. "Simple, ellegant and straight forward"

What do you like best about Leapsome? It has a simple visualization of my personal goals, company goals and coworkers goals. It's simple to make shared goals and followup them. We don't have to use excel spreadsheets for that anymore. It keeps the goals update to date and easy to follow in 1:1 meetings per example.
