"Flexible and easy to use platform for performance management and feeback"

What do you like best about Leapsome? The user interface is really good and makes working with leapsome easy. Leapsome provided me with a structured space to organize my goals and performance reviews. What do you dislike about Leapsome? What do you like best about Leapsome? I like how when performance feedback is given it puts all the answers together. If one is critical it's near others that aren't as critical. What do you dislike about Leapsome? It seems like the company is paying a lot for this software. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? To me, it seems like people want to use slack instead of specific tools forever.

What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome is a great tool to give and receive feedback in a corporate setting. Its quite easy to use, reminds you of the outstanding reviews, and makes it very easy to request and receive feedback. It can be used for instant feedback and also for regular performance reviews (e.g. every 6 months). It allows setting categories, with scores and text fields, which gives a lot of flexibility.
