What do you like best about Leapsome? It is great to see your own goals within the "hierarchy" of the company's goals. Seeing progress on the goals when you make progress on your own "small" goals is a joy! By consistently updating Leapsome I am able to make sure that my manager acknowledges all the work I am doing. It's also helpful for me to see which are the points I need to improve.
