What do you like best about Leapsome? We are using this tool in order to provide feedback to our colleagues inside our organization. This can help us improve our skills and see where exactly we have issues. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I can't yet specify something i dislike . What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? I saw what I needed to improve to achieve my goals .

What do you like best about Leapsome? The user experience that the platform provides. It's really easy to use and understand the ramifications between our goals and company goals. It's very intuitive. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Sometimes I can't see immediately all my goals, with the main goals always present. But click on "see more" it's something that will help. What do you like best about Leapsome? Everything about Leapsome is quite simple and easy to use. Before Leapsome, we used Google sheets to keep track of objectives and key metrics, and I thought it was terrible. With Leapsome, it's much easier to keep track of everything I need to work on throughout the quarter while also providing this visibility to the rest of my team.
