"Intuitive and engaging platform"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Our first foray into using Leapsome was for implementing the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) goal-setting process. We have found the solution to be very user friendly and is giving us great insights into our performance. Especially useful is the Goal Tree view where anyone in the company can quickly see how their goals align with the company goals. What do you dislike about Leapsome? "Incredibly intuitive and makes otherwise mundane tasks enjoyable"

What do you like best about Leapsome? The home page is really great - it's very easy to see what I need to do and when, and very satisfying to mark them complete. Integrations with Slack and flexibility on reminders really helps me manage my time with my tasks. Also really clean UX and when reviewing objectives or assessments together it is very fun to present.I also can have peer feedback from my colleagues which was never a thing before now which is incredibly insightful and encouraging ...

What do you like best about Leapsome? I have been using Leapsome for three months now as my team has been for a while now and I have to say: I know why! Never have I worked with a better tool to keep track of goals, meetings and meeting notes. I am very excited to get to know the tool better and do my first 360 feedback with it this week! What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome visualizes all our team's goals in precise relation to the company goals, which makes it very easy to prioritize and stay focused in day-to-day work. What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome is a great tool. I mostly use it in preparation for my team meetings - instead of making notes everywhere, it gives a clear overview of the topics to cover. It enables everyone to prepare for the discussion.
