"Pretty awesome tool"

What do you like best about Leapsome? The UI is super friendly. It makes writing a review a lot easier and to sort out all the quests. When it's review season, we usually get between 5-10 requests, and with the ability to already upload guides for your workers, it makes feedback more concrete. I think the best of Leapsome is that it is super easy to use, it is very user-friendly, and makes this process a lot easier for all parties, employees, managers, and HR. What do you like best about Leapsome? Honestly, how easy it is to use and always feel like I know where things are. Whether it is an assignment to fulfill, a notification I got, or the company's Orgchart. Everything seems to be "instinctive" and easy to find. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Besides we can also adapt to each team our survey which makes it easy to follow up on each team's concerns and needs.
