"Best way to make performance reviews easy but still effective"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I think the best of Leapsome is that it is super easy to use, it is very user-friendly, and makes this process a lot easier for all parties, employees, managers, and HR. I like that it is a complete tool, and you can include a lot of the HR processes, reducing the need for having multiple platforms. What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome makes it perfect to both have feedback talks and development plans. Besides we can also adapt to each team our survey which makes it easy to follow up on each team's concerns and needs.
