What do you like best about Leapsome? Being able to set up meeting agenda Allowing for quick and instant Feedback Reviews are customisable and good for peer feedback What do you dislike about Leapsome? Instant feedback does not generate any sense of achievement. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to do a more holistic review between peers, subordinates and managers

"Amazing for self improvement and easy to use for everyone"

What do you like best about Leapsome? One of the things I appreciated when I started working was that I could easily give and receive feedback and ask for specific reviews. It is very user-friendly, and it gave me the courage to ask for my strengths and weaknesses through personal requests. What do you dislike about Leapsome? "Awesome platform"

What do you like best about Leapsome? The simplicity of use of Leapsome and of course the easy way to track my progress in terms of objectives. It's also great to be able to directly link my OKRs to my team's and company. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I don't think I "dislike" something. There's always room for improvement and I think the connection of calendar with Outlook could be a like better, like I would receive an invite or something instead of having a Leapsome Calendar. What do you like best about Leapsome? We are still early in our implementation but so far, there are 2 things that strike me the most: The consultative nature of the sales process; Kay Wenger did a fantastic job of really understanding our needs, and being open and transparent about features and functionality that could help meet those needs. "Leapsome is an awesome performance management tool that makes it super easy for you!"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I love the fact that you can add talking points, always edit them in the most efficient way, and then talk about them in meetings and just tick to mark them as completed. Everything is super fast and very intuitive. What do you dislike about Leapsome? "Pretty awesome tool"

What do you like best about Leapsome? The UI is super friendly. It makes writing a review a lot easier and to sort out all the quests. When it's review season, we usually get between 5-10 requests, and with the ability to already upload guides for your workers, it makes feedback more concrete. What do you dislike about Leapsome? i think what's missing from leapsome is the function to give instant constructive feedback. I see Praises but I would love to be able to give points of improvement. ...

"Best way to make performance reviews easy but still effective"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I think the best of Leapsome is that it is super easy to use, it is very user-friendly, and makes this process a lot easier for all parties, employees, managers, and HR. I like that it is a complete tool, and you can include a lot of the HR processes, reducing the need for having multiple platforms.
