What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome has one of the best-looking sites, is very clean and intuitive. One of my favorite features is the "orgchart", its always nice to have. "Great performance evaluation & employee recognition tool"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I love the quarterly goal structure. It allows you to track progress more effectively than annual cycles. The praise feature has great integrations to Slack that make it easy for me to praise colleagues and for the entire organization to see that praise. What do you dislike about Leapsome? What do you like best about Leapsome? As a team lead, I've found several features very useful. The Meeting module gives me a lot of control: Preparing for meetings whether they are one-off or recurring, with templates helping me stay consistent with recurring meetings as well as helping me to set the agenda for a more productive meeting.
