Clean UI/UX, Multiple modules that covers 360 of performance review for employees (Goals, Peer Reviews, Performance Reviews), we are also utilizing the meeting module which helps set up a better 1:1 meetings notes and action items. What do you like best about Leapsome? Particularly the feedback/praise system, as it allows for punctuating when things go well or there are improvements to be had. The performance review section is also quite useful. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Not a dislike, but haven't used the Meetings feature yet, so I'm unsure of what added value it brings.
