What do you dislike about Leapsome? although there is an open deadline for choosing peers, you cannot change anything once you choose. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? a 360 overview helps a lot to see your performance in different angles. Transparent and interactive feedback, especially allowing assessing your superiors is really important.
