What do you like best? I like how easy it is to build multi-channel communication messages/campaigns for users of our app, and the deep analytics I can pull actionable insights from. What do you dislike? I've experienced a few bugs since I've used the platform, which sometimes affects the timing of new communication messages that are based on new app features or announcements. Lack of trigger options ( e.g: based on user's last active) , analytics engagement results vs holdback results lack of tracking full funnel retention, lack of easy and straightforward campaign QA experience ( you would need to launch live tests to get full experience during test but it has potential risks to do QA at your production instance of Leanplum). ...

Leanplum for running A/B Tests

What do you like best? Leanplum has a simple and easy to use interface. I also like how easy it is to send out notifications on mobile. As a beginner joining my company’s Optimisation team, it’s been very simple to learn. What do you dislike? I don’t think the analytics are as good as Adobe Analytics.
