Ya'll abandoned the city of Albuquerque…

Ya'll abandoned the city of Albuquerque and refused to PAY rent! All after the mayor stood up for you. That's just the icing. Ya'll are incredibly incompetent and have zero understanding of the software you didn't even write yourself. Ya'll straight up abandoned all customer service when you ran away and then started upping fee's for nonexistent services. NEVER USE LAVU.

They have solved most of the down time…

They have solved most of the down time issues, but the system still isnt the easiest to navigate or personalize. Customer service is hit or miss--sometimes it depends on who you get. Also has odd quirks like not being able to scan the gift cards that they sell. It's become a system that we're used to. Not in love, not out of love.

Operationally the Sales Front end…

Operationally the Sales Front end performs very well and is reliable. The back office and reporting whilst functionable remain a little "clunky". The absence of global menu and other global features across multiple stores is a deficiency that would be great to have adddressed.

Extremely slow and poor follow up to service, after several years still waiting for their software to work properly in regard to the pilot, numerous bugs that have never been corrected
