Caters to businesses of different sizes
PROS: Lavu is highly versatile when it comes to customization. We can personalize tabs, categories, items, and prices, with so much ease. The platform is also accessible through the tablet, allowing us to manage operations wherever we want. CONS: I think Lavu can further improve in reducing the transaction process. This is highly crucial since we are a bar that gets flooded during peak hours.

Centralized operations for sales and staff management
PROS: Lavu provides easy-to-understand reports for various aspects of operation such as sales, inventory, employee payroll, and timekeeping, among others. Being able to quickly grasp the current situation allows me to also decide and act quickly when needed. CONS: There are occasional lags but aside from that, there are no major deal breakers with Lavu.

Surpassing expectations for a newbie POS
PROS: My five stars derive mostly from one customer support representative who ensured I fix my problems right then and there. He got out of his way just to address our concerns. CONS: We had questions on the use of EMV which led to a lengthy, back and forth discussion with customer support but Jessie, one of Lavu's customer rep, stood out from the group. He went above and beyond his task. Instead of me doing the follow-up, he would give me detailed updates until we finally got concrete answers.

PROS: Lavu is a one-stop-shop management platform that is easy to learn and use. While its main marketing proposition is its being a POS, it takes care of all other activities such as inventory and employee monitoring. CONS: I have zero issues with Lavu. The business has never been better since using this platform.

Easy to control with a simple interface
PROS: Lavu has a clean layout that makes maneuvering around the platform easy breezy. Plus it is highly customizable, allowing us to create categories based on our actual needs. CONS: There are minor lags and I have yet to find out how to create a tab solely for customer use.
