Sohaib was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was efficient and made it easy for me to understand how to access and use the reports I was interested in comparing, across LAVU and CardConnect. He was a pleasure to deal with and solved my problems.

The customer support has been a shining…
The customer support has been a shining aspect in regards to Lavu! As with any platform you will naturally run into issues but how those issues are handled are what really matter most...the team at Lavu is knowledgeable, kind and patient. Always a great help! Norah and Shane stand out on the Lavu team. What a team Lavu has created!!
What a team Lavu has created!!! Everyone I work or speak with has been wonderful. Hank has been exceptional!!! He works with me until we accomplish my needs on Lavu. He even called me back to make sure everything was running smoothly. I really appreciate having someone like Hank on the other end of a call when I am frustrated, he calms me.
