Case #00346204. Hank was the associate who helped me process a refund for a customer. He was very knowledgeable about the case and did not have to be brought up to speed on the details. He needed two additional pieces of information which I provided, and immediately sent the confirming email we needed. Mir was the original associate who handled the intake of my request. Both men were very professional and courteous.

Printer nightmare made simple

Synchronize KDS displays
Nikki was very helpful with a rather vague request. I wanted to synchronize the two tablets that serve as our KDS, because the food runner was not aware when a cook finishes a ticket and bumps it. On the foodrunner side they think the order is still being prepared. Nikki researched our options but couldn't find a way to bump simultaneously. We have improvised and have found another way
