Shayla customer support was top notch

Shayla customer support was top notch. Although it took much longer than it should have for the installation, she patiently helped me to remain calm and focused on the task even when we had to switch from an iPad to a laptop to complete it due to network issues on my side.The printer is working beautifully and all my staff couldn’t be happier. Well done Lavu and Shayla!!!

"Perfect software for a small/medium café/restaurant"

What do you like best about Lavu? The Ux is simple and easy to teach and understand, the ability to go to the back end to add or edit food items and inmediatly see the changes on the app is wonderful. What do you dislike about Lavu? Not all the features work in my country (Mexico) as the PayPal function; the inventory management lacks functionality and its difficult to use the "back end" website on an iPad.
