"Lavu is simply the best"
What do you like best about Lavu? The best part of Lavu is that it is handling the growth of our winery. The reports are awesome! Not only is it handling the growth but it is also implementing new technology so that we can remain flexible in our customer payment options. I’ve been very happy lately with the…
I’ve been very happy lately with the customer service Lavu has been providing. In this particular case, the rep looked into my case. He wasn’t able to find an obvious problem with the credit card reader, or communication between Lavu and our credit card processor and suggested a three way call with our processor. It showed that he wasn’t giving up until a solution was sought.

The front end is pretty good
The front end is pretty good. The search button helps, but it should search the entire data base. It only searches the category you are in. So if I'm in Perdomo Cigars, it won't find an Ashton. If it searched the entire data base, I would not have to know the category to search. The back end reports are clumsy and need to be totally redone. While I hated Clover as a company, its back end reports were 100 times better than yours.

One of the advantages of this software is that we can use it even offline, to view inventory management, employee management, discount management and other available tools. The promotion and discount management has very effective suggestions and is very easy to activate and implement. What do you like best about Lavu? The simplicity of the POS and how smooth and easy it is to learn. What do you dislike about Lavu? I haven't seen many things that I dislike about it. Recommendations to others considering Lavu: N/A What problems is Lavu solving and how is that benefiting you? Have no issues in the works with Lavu, and normally if an issue does arise, it is taken care of.
