What do you like best? It's easily organized with the logical hierarchical organization of goals and subtasks. What do you dislike? Overview dashboard could improve the UI to show hierarchy. Great to use!

What do you like best? I like that I can see my past reviews for reference as well as any comments that my manager has made on my review. What do you dislike? I would like if the cycle was personalized for each team as we each have different deadlines we are working on. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to bring issues up to my manager immediately when they arise without interrupting their work.

The weekly reviews - These are a fantastic way of prioritising exactly what I would like to achieve each week Simplicity - Lattice is extremely easy to use and serves its purpose extremely well without overloading the user with information or a complex layout. What do you like best? Lattice is a really effective tool for communicating with my manager, my team and the whole company. It is easy to use, well designed/ intuitive, and effective. I'm a big fan! Fantastic tool for streamlining Employee/Manager Review process

What do you like best? The tool is very easy to use. It provides a seamless way to view past and current reviews and easily compare your progress year over year. What do you dislike? I do not like that as an employee I am forced to acknowledge that I have received and reviewed my review before I have actually opened it.
