Intuitive and even a little fun

What do you like best? I appreciate Lattice's UX - very easy to use. With giving and getting employee feedback, and annual reviews (which nobody likes to do, this interface makes it easy to accomplish those tasks. It is also great to see comments about you from colleagues to the right when filling out my annual review - helps me see the impact I've made throughout the year as I review myself. Very Simple and Quick

What do you like best? I like how intuitive the interface is and how easy it is to get my reviews done. I also like how simple it is to track my goals and everything that I do with my manager. It makes one on ones with my manager excellent because we can both review action items before they begin. What do you dislike? I don't really have any complaints in regards to this. What do you like best? I find the way that Lattice manages KPI's for myself or others in the team to be a very useful service. What do you dislike? Nothing, works great. Lattice Experience

What do you like best? Lattice is super easy to use and I love seeing how far along I am on my goals as well as my teammates, it really motivates me to complete my tasks! What do you dislike? When you input so many updates into a goal after a certain point it will "delete" an update when a new one is posted...which makes it difficult to track when multiple people are posting to the goal! What do you like best? I like keeping track of my goals, keeps me honest about what I have and have not done. What do you dislike? Getting oriented was not very intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use the performance management to keep track of my progress as a developer. The clear presentation of percentage of goals completely keeps me on track.

What do you like best? Writing performance reviews for yourself, manager, and peers can be a huge hassle when you’re busy at work. Accountability Made Easy

What do you like best? It's so intuitive that setting things up is painless and effortless. Being able to quickly see the status of a goal and track the progress makes it easy to assess what areas we are excelling in and where are opportunities for growth are internally. What do you like best? I really like the feature that allows me to track a shared goal with my team, track progress towards it in a social way. What do you dislike? I think it's easy to use. What do you like best? Lattice has helped our whole team to be able to give and receive proactive feedback from each other. The tool is nice and clean and super easy to use! We have also started doing our 6 months reviews on Lattice and it has been really easy and straightforward. We use the Updates feature weekly and it helps us to stay organised and have a good overview of our achievements and upcoming goals. Can only recommend! What do you dislike?
