What do you like best? My entire company uses lattice to give and receive feedback. It is very easy to use, and has helped to improve the amount of feedback that is given throughout the company. What do you like best? Being able to use Lattice to effectively track my goals is an indispensable asset! What do you like best? I love that Lattice is an easy and open way to set goals for yourself as well as to see feedback for yourself and your peers. Great UX and user friendly.

What do you like best? The semplicity of usage. Lattice provide good communication and fancy experience to track your career history. What do you dislike? Questions are up to the HR team, maybe Lattice should provide a questions presets. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I got a better communication with my manager and I had a great overview of the company structure.

What do you like best? Prior to using Lattice, I was used to 'paper/pencil' reviews... taking place annually and really never a thought given to performance until that dreaded performance review day came. What do you like best? It's perfect for a high tech company, everything is intuitive and connected. It integrates with Slack, and it makes the quarterly review process simple and painless. Humanizing HR - What's not to Like?

What do you like best? Lattice makes it easy and fun to provide useful feedback to colleagues, set up 1:1 meetings, and track OKRs throughout the quarter. My team has visibility into what I'm working towards each month, and it's great to have a cohesive system of record for things like goals and manager meetings. Easy on the eyes, the wallet and the brain

What do you like best? I like that Lattice keeps things simple. We all know how employees tend to dread performance reviews, but Lattice gives you an easy way to keep not only your regular review process organized, but incorporate ongoing feedback from anyone within the company. Great Platform for Feedback

What do you like best? It's great to have a place to track feedback, update progress on a project and be able collaborate with your team at the same time. What do you dislike? Everything on the platform is great, the only slight problem I com across is when I'm updating progress on a project, it can sometimes be difficult to navigate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This has helped create a place to track feedback with managers for 1v1s.

great app

What do you like best? Can track the performances especially the self-viewed comments I had completed or hit and which I had missed. Now I have one place to easily view this. I can also hold my manager accountable for doing prep for our meetings and make sure we both have a to-do list to work off of each time we connect. We also are using Lattice to keep the company up-to-date about how we are doing overall and have connected Lattice with Slack so we can see live updates. It rocks! What ...
