What do you like best? There is so many things I love about Lattice. For starters, I love how it sends reminders. I often forget to write evaluations for my peers, so this help with remembering. Easy to use & Effective Peer Review Software

What do you like best? I like how the software requires no user training. As soon as I was sent a login by my manager, I was able to go in and complete mine and my peers reviews right away. Amazing Tool for Your Team

What do you like best? The platform has the ability for users to set and track goals as well as add notes on one-on-one meetings between employees and their career managers.
