What do you like best? I love that Lattice is able to easily help me set, monitor, and maintain my goals, as well as receive feedback concerning my progress. Lattice is an amazing tool

What do you like best? The ability to plan out goals in a way that is easily organized and then the ability to drill deep with KPIs and track progress in a simple view What do you dislike? Nothing? I think all the features around engagement and performance are great What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allows us to keep a better pulse on performance ongoing but also easy of annual reviews with peer feedback and manager input

GET THIS!!!

What do you like best? I love how dedicated they are to answering questions right away, helping you set it up, and responsiveness to feedback. This is an incredible program. What do you dislike? The feedback I have is minimal, and things they are working on for next software updates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Regular 1:1s, employee engagement, tracking project reviews. You can do so much with this platform, we are very happy.

Improve your organization´s focus

What do you like best? I like the fact that is very "graphic" and easy to use. On a first view you can see clearly where do you stand in relationship with your objectives. Also, it helps to align and be more efficient on the 1-1s meetings with your coordinator. It also allows me to understand what is the long term focus os the company. What do you dislike? Excited for some change!

What do you like best? I love the sleek design and the easy to use functionality of the website and app. It is easy to understand. As an employee I feel confident and excited that I have an area specifically meant for my growth and professional development. It makes me feel heard and cared about. What do you like best? Easy to give peer reviews that help provide feedback. It's also easy to provide feedback to my manager for our weekly meetings. What do you dislike? Easy and fun

What do you like best? I like that I can see other people's goals, and company's org chart What do you dislike? I dislike that you can't customize the color scheme... User Friendly

What do you like best? I've really enjoyed using Lattice so far! Our previous performance reviews have been old school verbal/written so I really enjoy this platform. Love the Transparency and Functionality!

What do you like best? This is the simplest and most elegant review tool I have ever worked with. I actually enjoy going in and preparing for my weekly calls with my manager and tracking my personal goals. It's a seamless experience. What do you dislike? So far, no dislikes.
