What do you like best? The ability to just log in and write reviews for our bi-annual peer review and career check-in process. For an end user, the platform could not be easier to work with. What do you like best? Super easy to use and being able to track everyones's metrics/goals has been amazing. I can't imagine a time when the only way to tell if someone's on track or actually doing their job on a pen and paper. In this day and age, everything is logged digitally. What do you like best? I love using Lattice to congratulate my teammates on a job well done publicly! It's fun to read through different reviews and see how everyone is working together, especially in a large organization. What do you dislike? I love how Lattice allowed me the ability to review my 5 direct reports in a quick yet meaningful manner - without Lattice, we were all over the place and we all dreaded the review process. What do you like best? Often we get that busy it's hard to see where we are in a project but Lattice makes it easy to update and track how everything is going, I feel it stops work being duplicated and it's great seeing when you're near the end of a task!
