Good for Internal Reviews

What do you like best? This is a great app for reviewing fellow workers and teammates. It's also helping us establish new, and better, company SOP's. What do you dislike? Some questions should be more defined... such as what you need for the reviews for self implemented goals to show progress, etc. I just wish it was easier to show the VPs of the company what work is being done. Easy to use and very efficient.

What do you like best? Keeping detailed records and recording progress is very easy. The software is also easy to learn and has many functions. What do you dislike? Haven't had any issues yet. I would suggest making it easier to shuffle some tasks that have already been imputed. Sometimes if I need to reorganize I am left starting a goal over. What do you like best? Lattice is user-friendly with both great aesthetics and functionalities. What do you dislike? Is there a way to comment on performance notes from your manager? I didn't see that feature. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lattice is a great tool to write, send, receive and store performance reviews.

Great interface for tracking goals and keeping me on track

What do you like best? The ease of entering information and the reminders to keep me on track. Also like the ability to list out what I need help on and it goes directly to my manager. A great system for connecting and aligning the workforce!

What do you like best? I love the transparency across the entire organization: the victories, the trip-ups, and the alignment for all staff on what's important right now and in the coming months. What do you dislike? On rare occasions, the 1:1 module won't bring over the prior 1:1 talking points. This is rare, and might be a user error. Besides that, no dislikes! Lattice is amazing!

What do you like best? Since our company started using lattice, I like the way I can keep on top of my goals. I also like the way that I can get reviews from my manager regarding my performance. It keeps me on top of my job and what I need to work on. What do you dislike? So far there isn't anything that I have disliked. I am still implementing my goals on lattice. Get the whole team on the same page!

What do you like best? We love the Feedback functionality, which enables our team members to give praise and constructive feedback to each other. It does wonders to our office atmosphere. Goals are also a great way to follow every team member on their main tasks for the quarter, month etc. What do you dislike?
