Great way to track personal and company level OKRs!

What do you like best? I love the way this platform provides a single-source of truth for all things feedback, goal setting, praise, etc. I also love the integrations with other platforms we use. It is nice being able to get notifications in Slack, etc. The user experience is great and allows for both personal and company wide goals to be defined separately but still play into each other. Excellent tool for review/keeping on task/conversations with manager

What do you like best? Checking in weekly helps me to reflect on the work I've done throughout the week and communicate that to my manager. It helps me to be proactive on projects I need to complete and get immediate feedback. I really like the option to bring up "anything else" to my manager that may not be something I'd bring up in person, or that I might otherwise forget. What do you dislike? Lattice is great for communicating my goals

What do you like best? The transparency that Lattice provides to our organization is my primary reason for coming back to it day after day. I'm able to see my colleagues goals, provide company-wide updates, and communicate any additional time management that needs to be done. If I'm behind on a task, that's clear and easily available to my manager just by publishing an update. Same thing if I'm ahead. What do you dislike? What do you like best? As someone who works in the ops/admin world, it is easy for me to get caught up in the day-to-day logistics and needs of the people I work with/for.
