Changed the way we engage and review with our team
What do you like best? Lattice has the ability for everyone to provide feedback, this has worked well and gives great transparency into what people are working on. It also enables the team to provide feedback on their colleague which includes positive praise. What do you dislike? The mobile app isn't as rich as the web interface. It only supports 1 to 1's at present. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Improve transparency, enable ...

Simply formalizes what we already do!
What do you like best? There are different kinds of goals that you can add to your + your reports' profiles. You can choose to update on percentage done, deliverables, or specific numbers added. Very flexible for different kinds of roles. Also really love the private and public kudos features that you can integrate with Slack. What do you dislike? I can't really think of anything I dislike at the moment. I think it does what it says it will do and it has a couple of surprises here and ...

Absolutely brilliant software for managing teams and running OKRs. Game Changer.
What do you like best? We've been using Lattice for about 6 months, and it's a brilliant product. The OKR feature is a particular favourite, on a company wide and team level. This enables us to keep continual track of our progress in a given month/quarter, and has helped us have one centralised location for our key goals/objectives as a company. I also find the 1-1 updates quite useful, for me as an individual and a manager. What do you dislike? There isn't anything in particular that ...

Awesome software for performance
What do you like best? I really enjoy Lattice for tracking my own performance and reviewing the performance on goals of my team. We work together with Lattice to ensure that we are on track and that our development opportunities are in full scale. What do you dislike? It is difficult to set 1:1 and work with that feature. I did figure it out but it should be more noticeable of a feature so everyone can easily set them up and set quick meetings with others. What problems are you ...

I work remotely and love that I can give feedback to other members of my team that is then shared on our Slack channel publicly (if I want!. It makes us feel even closer. What do you dislike? At first, I kept forgetting to use Lattice. It would be cool to be able to update it right in Slack or something. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Performance ...

Useful review monitoring
What do you like best? Easy place to monitor and track personal development with the added bonus of managers being able to track employees movements over a period. What do you dislike? The system is very easy to use but does seem to be a bit empty, some further information could be stored on there just on the relevance of goals, and to create a bit more of a 'dashboard' as seen on similar systems What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving ...
