What do you like best? It took a bit to form this new habit, but now that I'm up and running - I think Lattice is a true game changer. Streamlines annoying processes pretty well

What do you like best? I find Lattice helpful to track and manage 1:1 feedback with my managers and to provide praise. Super easy to use!

What do you like best? Lattice looks great, it’s easy to use, and has lots of great little features! What do you dislike? I can’t think of anything! I’m still a new user. Easy, Modern, and Reliable!

What do you like best? Lattice is easy to use and very user-friendly. I like how sleek and modern the interface is. What do you dislike? There are no downsides to using Lattice Performance Management. It's a great tool and super helpful!!! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One of the benefits of Lattice Performance Management is being able to do performance reviews anonymously and having them sent directly to supervising staff.

Beautiful application with a lot of great features, but is lacking in UX

What do you like best? The application centralizes all 1:1s, goals, and feedback. Much improved from managing in spreadsheets within each team. What do you dislike? Certain features are hard to understand how to use at first glance. Takes a while to pick them up. Especially accessing completed goals, and adding in updates to them. What do you like best? The main advantage of this tool, I think, is the fact that it is extremely easy to use.
